MUSE Academy's founding team brings decades of educational experience from primary through university, musical performance, dance, organizational performance and administration.
Head of School
Theo is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and Teachers College, Columbia University. He was awarded a fellowship at the Klingenstein Center, Columbia University for Early Career Leaders. While at university, he travelled the United States and Europe, also studying for a year in Spain. He is an experienced independent school leader who has also developed new schools focused on integrating music and performing arts with an inquiry-based approach.
Director of Music & Performance
Dr. Deborah Bradley-Kramer, Ph.D (NYU; European Mozart Academy) is Lecturer in Music at Columbia University, and was Director of Columbia's Music Performance Program from 1999-2013. An award-winning educator and pianist, she was nominated for a Great Teacher Award at Columbia, and received Copland, Koussevitzky, Arts International, and Trust For Mutual Understanding (Rockefeller Foundation) Grants for her recordings and performances.
Director of Marketing & Admissions
With over 17 years marketing experience, Zoe Marmot brings a strong passion for education to her position at MUSE Academy. She is responsible for overseeing all of the school's interactions with prospective parents, including managing information sessions and student assessments and overseeing all marketing and communications. Zoe strongly believes that the admissions process should be as transparent and stress-free as possible for both children and parents.
